NEFESİNE SUSUYORUM
Sonbaharın ilk yağmuru toprakla buluşuyordu dışarıda. Mis gibi toprak kokusu sarmıştı etrafı. Bense buğulu pencerenin önünde oturmuş yağan yağmuru izlerken bir taraftan da düşünüyorum; Kendimi yağmur sağanağına bıraksam beni sana getirir mi? Açsam tüm pencereleri ruhumun tozlu sayfalarını temizler mi? diye.
Yere düşen her yağmur tanesi sanki yüreğimdeki kor ateşin üzerine düşüyordu ve daha da körüklüyordu. Düşünüyorum; acaba bu ayrılık, bu hasret, bu yangın bir gün nihayet bulacak mı?
Yağmur altında düştüm yâre giden uzun ince bir yola, sulara bata çıka.
Bir taraftan da Âşık Veysel’den bir türkü takılıydı dilimde;
